What is a compounded GLP-1 medication?+
It's a medication custom-prepared by a registered compounding or outsourcing facility under a licensed provider's prescription, using FDA-approved active ingredients. Compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved or reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy, and they are not the same as — or equivalent to — brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. Individual results vary.
How do I know if I qualify?+
Eligibility is based on BMI (generally ≥30, or ≥27 with a related condition), state of residence, medical history, and current medications. Our 2-minute assessment screens all of this. A licensed provider makes the final call.
What if I'm not approved?+

Are there side effects?+
