1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use comparable technologies such as local storage and pixel tags, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary. Required to load pages, keep your place in the eligibility assessment, and remember your cookie choice. These cannot be turned off.
• Performance and analytics. Aggregate measurement of page speed and where visitors get stuck, so we can fix problems.
• Advertising and attribution. Meta click identifiers (_fbp, _fbc, fbclid) that let us know which ad brought you here. These are not loaded on the assessment, contact, results, or checkout steps.

3. Health pages are excluded

We do not load third-party advertising or analytics pixels on pages where you enter health information, including the eligibility assessment, contact form, results, and checkout handoff. Only strictly necessary cookies run on those pages.

4. Bots, crawlers, and preview agents

Automated visitors — including search engine crawlers, Meta's link and ad crawlers, performance auditing tools, and headless browsers — are detected and excluded. They are never shown the cookie banner, and non-essential cookies and measurement scripts are not initialized for them. This keeps our pages fully crawlable for link previews, ad review, and indexing, and keeps automated traffic out of our analytics.

Where additional bot filtering is applied at the network edge (for example through our CDN provider), it is limited to abusive or malicious automated traffic and does not block legitimate search or social crawlers.

5. Your choices

• Choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner to decline analytics and advertising cookies.
• Clear this site's stored data in your browser to reset your choice and see the banner again.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your device's ad-tracking controls. Some site features may not work correctly without cookies.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The Effective Date above shows when it was last revised.
